Warren, to satisfy one Justice Court fi la, infavor of John R. Prescott vs. Simeon Warren principal and Henry G. Warren security. Property pointed out by defendant. Levied on and returned to me by a constable. _Also at the same time and place will he soldacres of land, more or less, lying on Jacks Creekadjoining lands of G. W. Philips. Levied on as the property of William Phillips Sen. to satisfy two Justice Court fi fas in favor of John Johnson vs Emery Manor principal and William Phillips security. Levied on and returned to me by aconstable.Also. 1 .*mm» acres of pine land, more or less, lying on the Big Ohoopie river, adjoining land.', of ('has. McCullough and others, also one other tract containing 250 acres, more or less, adjoining said Mc-Collongh, all levied on as the property of Charles McCullough, to satisfy two fi fas. one issued from Emanuel Inferior Court in favor of Jehu Everett, one issued from Emanuel Superior Court in favor of Uufus Knight vs. Charles McCollough. Property pointed out by defendant.Also, 444 acres of land, more or less, lying on Penelton creek, adjoining E. T. Mosely and others, also on*- other tract containing 101 acres, more or less, adjoining E. T. Mosely and others, also one Negro man named Charles, about 27 years ot age, ail levied on as the property of Robert J. Pughly. to satisfy sixteen Justice Court ti fas.nine in favor of Solomon Williamson. Property pointed out by defendant. Seven fi fas in favor of Samuel C. Williamson. Property pointed out by Plaintitt, Levied on and returned to me by a Constable.Also, at the -aine time and place, will b»- sold 300 acres of pine land, more or less, lying on the Canoochee, adjoining lands of Jeffin Bird and others; evied on as the property of Benjamin Lewis to satisfy one Justice Court, fi fas issued from a Justice Court 35 1st Dist.
