A MAN with a strong sense of appreciation is Otis Frank Vail. 25T5 E. Carson. I who suffered a heart attack while waiting for a bus on Pine Ave. recently.About 50 people gathered around Vail, and a motorcycle officer came along and stayed with him until he could recover sufficiently to take the bus.Among those who offered to help Vail was a woman who tried to give him the money totake a cab home. He has a3kcd the P.-T. personally to thank the woman and others who were helpful to him in a moment of stress. •
