Harvey W. Knotts, Bqwling Green, had b $10 fine suspended on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested Saturday night in a Baltimore street cafe by Sergt, William Connell and Patrolman. James Condon, who Raid Knotts was playing a pin ball machine, using homemade slugs cut from linoleum in the same shape and size as the regulation, “coins.''
