The pulpit looked very beautiful with plants and llowci*s and the evening was 0110 all enjoyed. The programme opened with a voluntary by the choir; a prayer by the pastor followed. The schoolsang “Angel Guardians,” and Master Ralph Mayer delivered an address of welcome. The Sunbeam was a recitation by IduTiolaml, followed by among by the infant class; recitation* by Klin Wood and IClla Martin, with responses by the Misses dale, Huge. Moran and Arno, then i,t solo, “Ne (rivoth his Bolovod Bleep,” by Miss Hockey; Master Paul Htibgen gave a timelyADVICE TO (.niuVliEtf,and the girls sang The Littlo l’ilgrims. The Child .Judge, a recitation by Mabel and Olive Runner, was next in order, and Little Things, by Kthel Preston.There was a song, Lambs of the Upper Fold, by the girls, and a recitation, No Cureth for Kven Me, by Mamie Heller. J.011 iso Whiteside and Alice Malted sang a very pretty duel, and four little girls told Miss Cora Skeeis what, they know about the birds—and Dowers, etc. Charley Runner was next on the programme, with a recitation, and June Pain, by Hazel and Roscoe Tobias, was next. Ada Chapman spoke about. Christ and the. Little Ones, and Mrs. Thomas rendered “The Lost Chord.” Mr. \). Iloovei spoke in explanation of the Holden Candlestick, and seven girls with long candies appeared with responses, and Misses Miller and Rumbelt rendered a duet. The Lost Child was a recitation by Mamie Tobias; the school did some singing, and it. was announced that the offering was $20.(if).Mr. lt;). P. McCoo) said the decorations were in charge of Mrs. Snyder, and the programme had been arranged by Mrs. Klockner. Kadi were tendered a vote of thanks. “Triumph By and By” was rendered, and the pastor pronounced the benediction. The exercises were all very creditable.
