Leiperville Girls HoldCeremonyLEIPERVILLE—Brownie Troop 48 and Girl Scout Troop 210 of Crum Lynne held a combined ceremony and program for the purpose ot making awards. The flag ceremony, at the opening of the program, held at the Lelpervitie School, was in charge of Carol Ciunci, Frances Ciekawy, Caroline Murphy'and Donna Shore.In the fly-up ceremony the Brownies of Troop 48 repeated the Brownie promise and sang the Brownie smile soijg. Attendance stars were presented for the first jyear to Georgia Harmon and for second year to Stella Radewonuk and Lynn Brody.Wings for the fly-up Brownies were presented by leaders of ■.Troop 48 Mrs. Ruth Russell and j Mrs. J. J Loveland to Diane Dickerson, Joyce Payne. Linda Rus-■ sell, Mary Guriak, Diane Matys .Carol Loveland, Gloria Gizzi and Lina Gordun,A welcome was extended to Mrs. Loveland, who will go rrom townie Troop 48 into Scout Troop -10 with the fly-up Brownies. Mrs. Russell was presented with a bouquet of roses by Stella Radewonuk as she is retiring from Scout work!Mrs, Madge Strickler, Mrs. Irene Firth and Mrs. Harriette Lubberman, leaders of Troop 210 invested as girl scouts these fly-up brownies. The girt scout court of awards ceremony was then held. Second class badges, the adven-urer badge and cook badge went to: Carol Ciunci, Frances Cifek-awy, JoAnn JSttien, Audrey Firth Rosemary Gizzi, Nina Hassel. Lois Huffines, Caroline Murphy and Donna Shore.# Jennifer Boyer received badgej for adventurer, child care, housekeeper, rambler and seamstress. Marianne Lubberman received badges for adventurer, child care, cat and dog and rambler. Catherine and Helen Radewonuk each received these badges, adventurer, child care, cook, housekeeper, rambler and seamstress,Virginia Strickler received badges for adventurer, child care, housekeeper, seamstress, rambler campcraft, outdoor cook and zar! den flower.
