An arch had been stretched over the Vine street bridge, indicating that the German part of the city wits again being entered. At Vine street and Me* Micken avenue the procession became considerably entangled. Some of the carriages, containing the Mayor, the city officials, nnd the managers of the ciciigeriest, had left the main line to review the procession on Kim street, north of the splendid arch in front of the Music Hall.
