Citizen Of Year To Be HonoredSan Antonio's “Outstanding Citizen” of the year and outstanding clubs will be honored by the San Antonio Council of Presidents at the council's annual awards and installation banquet at the St. Anthony Hotel Anacacho Room at 7 p.m. Monday.Five top club awards will be given. First and second-place awards for outstanding service to the community will go lo clubs in j two categories: those having more lhan 75 members, and clubs with j less than 75 members.
