Meigs Citizens Endorse+0Two County CandidatesA number of _promlnent merchants and citizens of Meigs have formally endorsed the candidacy of two of their fellow townsmenfor offices to be filled in the coming election.J.W. (Jim) Bozeman Jr.. mayor and civic leader of Megis, is candidate for Representative, County at large, for the office now held by O. Stewart Willis. He is a newcomer to the political field on aCounty-wide basis.F. C. Pittman,. is a candidate for County Commissioner from the Meigs- -Districtr- He-has-previous-ly served In this capacity and is well known over the County. He will seek the office now held by Commissioner J, Lee White, who has announced that he will not ask re-election, having served for the past ten years.The entry of these men from Meigs will give impetus to the County political campaign.A formal statement and endorsement dealing with their candidacy is submitted as follows:**We, the undersigned Merchants and Citizens of the Meigs District, Thomas County, do hereby endorse the following candidates for the elective office mentioned.
