The home of Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Willis presented a festive scene Saturday evening. The occasion was a reception to Mrs. George W. Olds, of Los Angeles. Mrs. Willis' sister, who is visiting relatives in this vicinity. The parlors were beautifully decorated wth asparagus ferns, interspersed with magnolias. There was no formal program. but the recitations of Mrs. Olds and Miss Grace Pleasants, and the vocal and instrumental music by Mrs. Bettie Sinclair, Miss Evanda Fenley, Mrs. Frank H. Owen and Miss Ruby Spaulding were an enjoyable feature. A graphophone added variety, and lots of sociability and pleasant conversation made the hours pass most enjoy-ably.
