D., 1960, by said Court in the above entitled cause, I, Curtis Williams, Master in Chancery of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Illinois, will at the hour of 1:30 o’clock, Daylight Savings Time in the afternoon on Saturday, the 25th day of June, A. D., 1960, at the South Front Door of the County Court House in the City of Mt. Vernon, County of Jefferson and State of Illinois, sell at public vendue to the highest and best bidder or bidders, the following described real estate and premises,to-wit:The Southeast Quarter (SE%) of the Southeast Quarter (SE) of Section Two (2), containing 40 acres, more or less, aand the South Half (S%) of the Southwest Quarter (SW Ya) of the Southwest (SW) of Section One (1), 20 acres, more or less; and also all that part of the North Half(N%) of the Southwest Quarter (SW^4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW*4) of said Section One (1) lying West of the right of way of the Southern Illinois and Kentucky Railroad, now known as the Illinois Central Railroad cutoff, containing 16.65 acres, more or less, all the above described premises being located and situated in Town One (1) South, Range Four • (4) East of the Third P. M., Jefferson County, Illinois, and containing in all 76.65 acres, more or less, situated in Jefferson County, Illinois, except the l/12th interest in the coal, oil, gas and minerals thereunder for a period of 15 years from December 19, 1955 which belongs to Frank H.
