^ anil ^uailL'CUtUU IMRny 01lhe defendants were said to be persons of national reputation.Their names were carefully guarded on order of Judge George A Welsh.ALVERDA CLASS RECEIVESHOLY COMMUNIONA class of 18 boys and 1? girls received their first Holy Communion at the Alverda Sacred Heart Church at 8 o’clock Sunday, June 6th.A very impressive- sermon was preached by the Father C. L. Murphy, and appropriate music was played by their organist Alma Leone. A duet by Alma Vozer and John Rennie was sung after which the class and choir marched to the home of M. J, Barton, where a very delicious breakfast was served by Mrs. John Rennie, Mrs. Joe Donahue, Mary Shank and Alma Vozer. The two Sisters of St. Nicholas Church of Nick-town were thanked for their part in the services.Under whose direction the following boys and girls received their first Holy Communion: |lon Domenic Falsctti and Joseph Albert and Mario Guireso, angelo and Arthur Maz-zareilo, Michael Richard and Stanley Novella. Ludvieh Picaric, Joseph Pino, Louis and Paul Plapeezki, Ralph Rennie, Anthony Rondi, Gilbert Shank, Richard Sbuxs, Edward Yojchik, Ida Abate, Amelia and Jean and Josephine Bazzarelli, Madeline Bugay, Rose Caraccio. Elizabeth Donahue, Alma Gillo, Irene Nagiieh, Felicia Nov elia, Frances and Josephine Rizzo. Anna and Dorothy Romielj, Grace Sutila, Ruth Vozer and Helen Jojchik.
