County Sunday School Picnic on WednesdayEverything is in readiness for the Allamakee County Sunday School Picnic to be held at the Forest Mills park on next Wednesday. June 16th. Herb Waters of Ludlow will be the speaker, there will be plenty of singing and a big picnic dinner at noon.The entire afternoon will be given over to a big sports program for the youngsters and grownups, with Ira Smith of this city in charge of the festivities.Everybody is cordially invited to come and spend a happy day in this beautiful and shady retreat. Load up your picnic baskets and family and come to this fine gathering.
