Night Ciub Is Named In Coilection Suit!The Snowshoe Lodge near the Ml. Rose Road was named defendant in a $488 collection suit filed in district court Frida5' by the Western Broadcasting Co.In a complaint filed by the law firm of Woodburn, Forman, Wedge, Elakey and Thompson, operators of the lodge were identified as James B. Jeff res, William C, Hoover and Leon Har-bert.The amount is allegedly owed for radio advertising.
