County Organization Holds Interesting Program Saturday.The Boone County Homemakers met in regular session on last Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Methodist church. A good attendance was recorded and an enjoyable time spent by all.Mrs. R. J. Riner read a paper on “The Nature of the Home,” which was excellent. Miss Ruth Witt delivered a recitation entitled “The Troubles of Her Man/’ which won much applause. Mrs. S. T. Reynolds demonstrated a very relishable dish of egg salad. The audience was before dismissal served with ice cream cones by the program committee composed of Mrs. C. F. McCreight and Mrs, Lon Perkins. The next regular meeting will be held the first Saturday in July.
