Mrs. Mary Burger of Cherokee county, Iowa, and Mrs. Sarah Kyan of Galva, III, sisters of P. II, Smith, and his sister-in. law, Mrs. Bed field of LaFayettc, have been visiting in Wyoming and vicinity the past few days. On Sunday, together with a company composed of the families of August Bailey, Thomas Timmons, L. JE. Timmons, Perry StancIifTand P. II. Smith, numbering twenty eight in all, they visited the scenes of their childhood days, near the residence of Thomas Tim* mons in Essex township, and ate dinner on the spot where stood the first school house built in Stark county, and spent the clay pleasantly m recounting the ex. penences of their school days of some forty years ago, when they were school, mates in the little log school house, which is represented in Winn’s picture in the Stark County History.—Post UeraUL
