WOMAN ASSAULTED NEAR WAMAC BARMr*. Cecil Meador, 53, of 111 S. Walnul St. was treated at St Mary Hospital early Sunday morning for cuts and bruises she received when she was assaulted outside a Wa-mac tavern, according to Wamac police officer Clarence Hodges.An aggravated assault choree has been filed against Edward E. Mow-ery of Carlyle. He is to face thecharges todayMrs. Meador was treated by adotior at the hospital and was released.
