L. Bayer and Boyd Smith comprisea company who are erecting a new hall j and opera house at Clermont. The ! build ing, which will be located about 20 rods West of the Bayer House on the opposite side of the street, will be S0s30 feet, and ‘ will contain a stage and all modern improvements. The ball will be located on the ground floor which will make it a j model of convenience. As Messrs. Bayer, Boyd k Smith never do things by halves, Clermont will be sure to have one of the cosiest opera house to be found in this section. Work will he pushed on the new structure, and it is the intention of the j gentlemen hack of the movement to have the building completed and ready foroccupancy on July 4th next. This will !fill a lornr felt want in Clermont.
