City.Pupcicers who carried the main parts were Debbie Olson as Dorothy; Dennis Banwart, Uncle Henry; Judy Hefty as Aunt Em; Dick Schafer, the scarecrow who finally got his brains; Jerome Dykstra with his convincing puppet desirous of a heart, Curtis Moglcr, the cowardly lion who delighted the young fry with his search for courage. Barbara Schellhammer almost stole the show with Tato, the little dog who accompanied Dorothy on her journey. David Ellison made the Wizard of Oz and was assist* ed by Les Dodd in presenting his many faces to the travelers Charles Schneider and his puppet performed ns Guardian of the Gates to the Emcraid City. An excellent performance must be credited to Jerry Metzger and his wicked witch of the west who had to melt before the eyes of the audience. The monkey king, Tom Cargin, and the mouse queen, Ricky Moser, assisted Dorothy and her friends in their troubles. Craig Peterson managed the terrifying hell of the hammer heads which were determined that Dorothy would not return to Kansas.Other puppeteers who performed as Munchkins, Winkles, Guodlings, and inhabitants of Emeral City were Ricky Anderson.
