Two band concerts will be given at | Spencer park this afternoon. A 3 i o'clock the Elks' band will give a cencert and at 8 o’clock the Royal Italian band will play. The Elks’ band will be assisted by the Grand quatet, composed of Charles D. Chase, Earl Rife, William A. Kendrick and Walter Dodds. The Italian band is a traveling organization with forty pieces and is directed by Signor Franc Arra.
