MRS. FANNY PERRY, 98, the oldest resident of Carrollton, places a personal memento in a time capsule at ground-breaking ceremonies for a new 9,000-sq.-ft. funeral home for Rhoton, Weiland-Merritt. Assisting is Holman D. Rhoton, executive vice president of the 53-year-old company. The time capsule will be buried for 50 years when the building is dedicated in mid-summer.
