Peel is uncertain wheth-ed it is east or west Fifty-sixth street.About two weeks ago Mr. Peel re-Iceived a letter from Vernon, Texas, signed Jonathan G. Thaw. He recognized the handwriting as that of Julius G. Truelson. The letter asked for the address of Mrs. John Doyle, who is an aunt of Mae O’Reilly, who lives at 95 Broadway, Rochester, and it also wanted to know if Mae O’Reilly was dead or alive, and if alive where she was living. Peel says that he has believed for three years that Truelson is mentally imbalanced, and so he paid no attention to the letter until he heard of the confession. He still has the letter.Julius G. Truelson came with his bride to the Peel home, after he was married in Albany on Aug. 4, 1905. He was arrested there on a charge of forgery on Aug. 16, and Peel has seen neither him nor the girl since that time. He is positive she is alive.-
