Pepper s Lonely Hearts Club Band ” I’m not kidding that’s the name of the album! 1 hate to say this, but as far as the Beatles go. this, album is a big disappointment.-It seems that they’ve gone too| far in search of a psychedelic' sound. Most of the cuts on this album scund like a lot of noise. There are a few good sounds. My favorite is “A Day In A: Life.” But even these songs are not as good as material the. Beatles used to do.This album, regardless of its quality, will still sell, since it’s; a Beatles album, but I hope all. Beatles fans will give this al-! bum a good listening to before; buying.• • •
