Mr. and Mrs. Forest Mericle and Gdmet, Ralph and Dwight left Wednesday for an auto trip to Concordia, Kansat They were accompanied by Mr’, and Mrs. Henry Foster and planned to visit Mrs. Foster’s sister, Mrs. Sarah Moore.Francis Miller had an operation for the removal of his tonsils Friday. He is recovering quite nicely from the operation.Mr, and Mrs. J. R. Callen and Edrie, Ardis, Glee and Dale, and I. C. Callen were Sunday guests at the J. L. Johnson home.tLeslie Criddlebaugh and son, Ernest of Rockford, Illinois, called at the Jim Cline home, Wednesday.Eloise Walter spent Friday night and Saturday at the George Simmons jr. home,I. C. Callen spent Saturday at the N. G. Wilson home in Moravia.Loren Walter spent Sunday with John Johnson,Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hiatt and Virginia and Robert were Sunday visitors at the Jim Cline home.Paul, Lois, and Doris Mericle spent Wednesday afternoon at the J. R. Callen home watching the threshing machine.
