Clark, whowere arrested in Waterbary, Conn, oncharge of being Implicated in settingfire to' Rosemont Villa, Peaks Island,were brought before Judge Bates of the Municipal Court this morning, Both pleaded not guilty. Judge Bates continued the hearing until Aug 8 and placed the bail at $4000 each.
