Rowell in science programHarry Rowell of 1104 Groome St., Greenville, is participating in the newly developed environmental science program this summer at St. Cloud Slate College in Minnesota.Rowell is among some 60 high school science teachers from 23 states getting more background in chemistry, physics and environmental science in the National Science Foundation (NSF) institute at St. Cloud.The institute continues through Aug. 15. Others on the staff are Dr. John Coulter, biology; Dr. John Laokso, chemistry and Dr. Philip Youngner, physics.
