A memorial table contained a chart with the names of the 23 deceased members. The pink rose painting on the chart was designed by Mrs. Betty Brown Bosley and a Bible in a cedar chest, given to the family of each deceased member, lay open on the table. A white candle in an old-fashioned holder was surrounded by pink and white silk roses and was lit for the memorial service. The arrangement was presented to Mrs. Laura Shumaker. Deceased members are Mrs. Ethel Driscoll, Mrs. Erma Allison, Mrs. Martha Douglas, Mrs. Clora Bennett Adams, Mrs. Clara Fehlman, Mrs. Maxine Brobst, Mrs. Catherine Weltman, Mrs. Lona Daum,Mrs. Ruth Reel, Mr. and Mrs. Vic Hebb, Roy Hartell, Kirk Lathrum, Robert Giessman, Charles Lehman, Fred Roberts, William Duby, Rich Cunningham, George Alexander, Harry Bennett, Lester Hudson, Melvin Leamon and George Loar.A slide presentation highlighting the bowling awards dinner, Christmas dinner and party and selected slide from the past 25 years was given byMrs. Koser.It was noted that the outstanding performers in the 25 year history of the league were high average Mrs. Sadie Koser, 139, and Maurice Early, 150; high set, Mrs. Koser, 575, and Joseph Athey, 635; and highest game, Mrs. Vadine Bartik, 234, and Bud Rowan, 263.
