Vallonia was treated to a visit of an aeroplane Saturday and Sunday when1 Pilot Mason of the Mason-Dixon Air Line, of French Lick landed here about 10 o’clock Saturday morning. During the stay here twenty-two passengers were taken up. Sunday was like a big celebration some people even bringing their lunch and remaining all day. The plane left here Monday morning for New Albany making stops at Salem and Marengo. Those who took advantage of the opportunity to ride were very much pleased, some making the second trip.
