ANOTHER HUGE CROWD of buyers turned out for a special auction of household furnishings in Malvern Tuesday for the Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Kerns sale. A small section of the crowd is shown above with Auctioneer Art Fritcher of Henderson keeping the bidding active. Prices of antique offerings were high with a number of dealers in the crowd competing. The Kerns residence property was also sold, Tom Gidley purchasing it at the auction.
