The following officers were elected: Ephriam Herriott, president; Pauline Miller, vice president; Bonnie Haines, secretary; and Nabnette Milleson, treasurer. Representatives from the Romney and Augusta area rescue squads were on hand to give recom-mendations about the organization of a local squad.The movie Before the Emergency” which illustrates the importance of having well qualified personnel operating an emergency medical services program in the community was shown One of the new Hamp' shire ambulances was on display. Everyone had an opportunity to inspect the ambulance which will be used in the county-wide emergency medical services program,.Twenty-five area residents’ haveexpressed interest in taking the emergency medical technician training course . which will begin on September 3 at the Springfield * Green Spring school.
