Fields, organizer in charge of circulating a charter here, announced yesterday that he had received word from national headquarters in Kansas city, Mo., approving plans for institution.Applications for the new charter class were taken all week and may even be taken this morning, Fields disclosed.Local members will be initiated by the Willard degree team. Visitors from all neighboring cities where aeries of Eagles are located. The New London aeria has been named Firelands.Other officers include Oren Barker, past president; Royce Jennings, vice-president; Marlin Fleming, chaplain; Lotus Briggs, secretary; O. K.
