Capt. Thomas M. Fleetwood had an involuntary bath in the nvor yesterdayabout 1*J o’cio'k. The tug Cambria was towing the schooner June Bright up from s««a. \Vne:i bLe ap|earod opposite toe foot of Abereorn street Capt. Fleetwood attempted to step from the tug into a dory, but he missed ids footing and was precipitated into th * water, lie swam out of the track of Liu- schooner, and Fmanuel Legare, a colored deck band on tie* tug, was very prompt in rowing to his rescue. Capt. Fleetwood grab laid the stern of the dory and was tlt;welt;l to the dork, where ho landed well soaked. Mr. Lawience Kelly took t'ne captain home in his buggy. The color*-d deck hand descrvM credit for the promptness with which he acted in rescuing thecaptain.
