ii.lri: ' ■CYNTHIA WINGARD and STEPHEN SZULKITTANNING - Robert and Deborah Reariek and Dari Wingard, all of Kittanning RD 1, announce the engagement of their daughter Cynthia to Stephen Szul, son of Joseph and Rita Szul, Lower Burrell.Miss Wingard, a 1989 graduate of Elderton High School, received an associate degree from Robert Morris College, Moon Township, in 1991. She is a radio technologist at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.Her fiance, a 1987 graduate of Lower Burrell High School, received an associate degree from Penn State University. He is a biomedical equipment technician at Allegheny General Hospital A Sept. 18, 1993, wedding in the Alliance Church, Kittanning, is being planned by the couple.
