PICKENSUshered into the dining room on arrival at the Central Christian church last evening for the usual Fri day night rehearsal of ihe orchestra of which both are members, Mr and Mrs Jones Pickens found themselves guests at a beautifully appointed surprise dinner arranged in their honor by fellow musicians, relatives and friends The banquet tables were lovely with center bouquets of old fashioned garden flowers, creating a colorful setting for what proved lo be a genuinely delightful affair. Covers were laid for fifty. Including the parents of the bride, Mr. and Mis H. S. Hewitt, and Mr and Mrs. Joseph Pickens, parents of the bridegroom.
