Comb Factory to Move Here Soon.Will Employ at Least Twenty Men—Buildings 28x50 ami 12x12to be BuiltThe Union Aluminum Comb Works of Doylestown hm signed a contract for the removal of their1 plant to Orrville within a few months. The Board of Industry committee and president and secretary of the company signed up to that effect Monday afternoon.The removal of this plant to Orrville has Jpng been the want of the Board of industry, it being In a way connected with the present Ohio Comb Novelty Company of this place recently removed from Boy lea town.Superintendent J. A. Myers of Comb9 Novelty Company of Orrville is also buperintendent of^he AUuminum Comb Company with heedquarters as yet at Doylestown. Mr. Myers purchased the Wirth homestead property from the Bord of Industry some time ago but business interests with the Alluminum Co. did not permit his removal with his family to Orrville. With the superin-4 ttendent and general manager located in his new b®me handy to the two factories, he wilt be in position to give «tsem both his entife attention which is an assurance of success to both plants.The new building 28x60, brick, two stories with 12x12 one story addition, will be built on a triangular site near novelty comb factory. A contract has also been signed by £he building committee to have building completed and ready for occupancy by Sept* 1st.The plant will then be removed to its new quarters here. When once located here it is the intention of the company to begin the manufacture of all kinds of aluminum ware. At this time in cramped quarters they manufacture only aluminum combs ax)d novelties and at all times realized a healthy market for their products.
