Carnival is July 27A neighborhood carnivalagainst dystrophy will be held July 27, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at 21824 96th W., Edmonds, with Lynn Iline Locken, daughter of Mrs. Marcy Locken, serving as ringmaster, assisted by several friends.There will be refreshments, a magic show at 10:30, drawings at 11, 1 and 3, plus several booths. All proceeds will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Associations of America to fight against dystrophy and related diseases.
