Mr. and Mrs. George Need and j Mr. and Mrs. Will Wampler motor- 1 ed to Bloomfield to the Shady Beach i resort, early Sunday morning to visit j Mr. Need’s brother, Pious Need. 1 There they met a large crowd of their old friends. 'About 200 c*r loads were there. Each came, with a well filled basket and at the noon hour a bountiful dinner was enjoyed i urtder the trees. They returned late i in the afternoon tired but reported a ; fine time. The Shady Beach is owned by Pious Need. It is a part of the farm that George Need owned before moving to the Center Oak neighborhood. Mike Need, a brother of George Need, came down, Saturday, from Owen county and stayed j over night at “his brother’s home j and motored back with them Sunday morning. /Mr. and Mrs. Frank McClure and daughter, Robertine, spent the day with Mr. and Mrs. John Phillippe, of Bicknell, Sunday.
