Playground NotesDALTON’ — Checker tournaments have been started at the town playgrounds.The number of playground children utilizing the bus runs from the parks to the Duncan Brook swimming area has been gratifying to CRA officials. In the first week Fine Grove and Legion parks had 55 on their run and Grcenridge and Chamberlin had 35.At the recent pet show, winnersof first prizes were;Pine Grove — Brian Lange, Roxanna Warren, Rick Wilbur, David Stephenson and Susan Bro-phy, Laurie Foster, Susan Parker and Martha Warren, Susan Stephenson and Shaun Larkin, Irene Pado and Melissa Pierce.Camberlin — Arthur Filkins, Terry Holcomb.
