Cavaliers To Lead Parade It! CummingtonThe Boy*1 Club Cavaliers. drum and bugle corps, will lead the parade when the Cummington Fire Department plays host to more than 23 New England fire companies at the fifth annual Hilltown muster tomorrow at the Cumming-lon Fairgrounds. The Pittsfield youngsters will be making their second invitational appearance at the muster. Last year's guests were the Liberty Drum and Bugle Corps of Westfield, state champions for two years.The Cavaliers will be making their third appearance since the state VFW convention at New Bedford late in June. At New Bedford, the Cavaliers placed eighth in a field of 26 competing corps in both senior and junior divisions. ThePittsfield boys were the only group invited to serenade convention headquarters at the Hotel New Bedford. They were quartered at the New Bedford Boys’ Club Camp Maxim in Wareham and enjoyed conducted tours to the Whalers’ Museum and dock installations on the Newr Bedford waterfront.
