TEN YEARS AGO TODAY Hammond—A. W, Zeller was enjoying his first vacation in Eve years, at Bellview, O. . Three more were named winners in The Times' “Miss Hammond” contest and became eligible to compete in the semi-finals. They were Miss Anne Howe, 1259 Jefferson avenue; Miss Hazel Grant, 520 State street, and Miss Hilda Rader-macher, 148 Hobraan avenue.. Judges in the contest were Frank R. Martin, Henry Cleveland, Harold Hammond, Lyman Oltx and Hollis Hunter.
