KERSCHNER FARM SOLDt. * ... v . * * * * :The Kerschner farm, situated north of the city,, on the Milton Pike, was sold at auction at the court house at two o’clock this afternoon. The valuable farm became the property of Henry Zimmer^^n at . $243.50 per acre. The place is composed of fifty-five acres, and is one of the best farmsin Fayette county. The first bid offered was $175 an acre. A half hour later is was sold to Mr. Zimmerman for $243.50. -
