Clowser, lead lineman for Potomac Edison, began his retirement July 1.Clowser joined the utility in 1956 as a laborer at the Winchester office and moved to groundman and line helper the following year. He progressed to lineman in 1958 and was promoted to lead lineman in 1966. His retirement marks the end of 28 years of service with PE.A member of PE’s Quarter Century Club, Clowser lives at 128 Wood Ave., Winchester.
