25,030 Expected At Water CarnivalDETROIT LAKES (AP)—This coaaxwimty today readied welcome mats for some 25,000 visitors, expected for the 21st annual Northwest Water Carnivalwhich starts a four-day run Sunday.A feature of the parade will be j a display of the dags of 87 nations, gathered by Mrs. Eli Freije of Detroit Lakes and to be carried in the procession by members of the Boys’ Club.
