Railroad Company Does Not MinceMatters at Keyser.Key err, .Inly 8— Since the burning of the Keyser Table Works improvements at this place have about ceased, but this condition was brought about mainly because It was rumored that the Baltimore and Ohio had bought 200 acres of land at (Iron Spring run. where the terminus of the third division would he located.A tract of about two acres of land has been necessary to complete the limits of the proposed yard at this place. This land was regularly optioned. but the owner refused to sign tin deed, maintaining that the railroad hud not fulfilled its agreement. As this parcel of land is in the center of the other tracts, the railroad took possession by putting a large force of men to work. who. within a few hours, before the owner could get out an injunction, built two tracks across the length of the land In question. It Is now for the owner to see if he can reacquire possession. The foregoing action on the part of the railroad, and the fact that half a million dollars will be spent in putting la a new terminal at Fairmont, have set to rest any doubt about, this j ace being th™ terminal of the thirdt.i vision.
