EVANSVILLE, IND.SHERIFF’S SALE.BY VIRTUE of two executions, one from the Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court, and one from the Clerk of the Common Pleas Court, to mo directed, I will expose to public sale,Saturday ilie'Ylth^ day of July, 1858,At the Court House door, in the town of Washington, within the hours prescribed bylaw, first the rents and profits, for the term of seven years, in and to the following property, to-wit:South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section 23, Township 5 North Range 6 West, Also the icest quarter of the south-west quarter of Section 24, town 5 north, ranga 6 west.containing eighty acres more or less; and if the rents and profits, for the term of seven years, will not sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy said executions, I will then and there offer the fee simple of said land t( the highest bidder.Taken as the property of Andrew Sears, to satisfy an execution in favor of Mathew L, Brett Guardian of the minor heirs of Ann Me Quire against Andrew Sears and Barton Sears.Sale will be made without relief from valuation laws.41—4 B.
