SHERIFF’S SALE.By virtue of a writ of execution,issued bjr the Clerk of the Daviess County CIRCUIT COURT and to rue directed, I will expose to public sale, at tho Court House door, in the town of Washington,Saturday the 3rd day of July, 1858,Within the hours prescribed by law. first, the rents and profits for the term of seven years, in and to the following described property, to-wit:South East quarter of the North West quarter cf Section 32 Township 5 North Range 5 West.And if the rents and profits for the term of seven years will not sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy said writ of execution, I will then and there offer*the fee simple of said land to the hitrhcsfc bidder.Taken as the property of Andrew Sears to satisfy an execution in favor of Walter R.
