Sgt. JohnsonDies atiStaff Sgt. Richard K.Johnson died Saturday inWalter Reed Hospital inWashington, D. C., following a short illness. He was 46.A career Air Force man, Sgt. Johnson was born in Rhinelander Oct. 8,1923.He is survived by two daughters, Denise and Carla; his mother, Mrs. HelgaJohnson of Rhinelander; three brothers, Alvin of Rhinelander, Floyd of Sunex and Robert of Amarillo, Tex. His father, a brother and twosisters preceded him in death.The Carlson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete at this time. A more complete obituary will be carried later.
