Brownmiller, secretary o the Pennsylvania Department o Highways, said yesterday:•‘This is the second year the Federal Government has allocated fundi for work on secondary roads whici form connections but not a part oi the main highway system. Previously Federal grants were inude only tor roads that were actually a part of the national system of highways.’“The State and Federal Governments will share equally the estimated cost of ?2,084.944 for Lhe 47 projects on the 1038-39 FerieraLnld secondary program.
