Mission BandThe children of the Mission Band were given a party by Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Barrier at their home on Cedar street, Friday evening. At the suggestion of the children^ all wore their clothes backward and it was called a “backward party,” and was a comical bunch of youngsters. There were about twenty-five children present and a jolly good time was had playing games,'until about 10:30, when delicious refreshments of ice cream and cake were served, and the children reluctantly departed for their homes, all assuring their host and hostess that they had a bushel of fun.
