Details of Fourth of July Celebration in Oshkosh.The Fourth'of July committee ha* Issued • complete program of the various events and attractions that will take place tomorrow. The members of the committee have worked faithfully for several weeks, and their efforts will no doubt be rewarded by a highly successful celebration of independence day.Rain seems probable. This is the only contingency that may interfere with the complete success of the celebration.. People in the neighboring' cities arc preparing to attend the fete in Oshkosh. Most of the towns within a radius of twenty-dive miles have refrained from arranging » celebration this year to, enable their citizens to at tend at Oshkosh.Following is the complete program issued by the committee on arrangements: PROGRAM OP THE DAY.Mouse square.
