Definitely a sealLAC DU BONNET- No one can tell V iolet Duchinski she may have seen a river otter lounging on the ice close to the Winnipeg River bridge and not a young seal.She reports seeing the black satiny body with the brown face on several occasions in the area where it has the advantage of open water year round and a good supply offish.For now, people have to take her word, but she is hoping to snot the seal again when she has her camera along.
